Education / Seminars Sponsored by IDA
IDA sponsors at least one major technical session per year, typically in
collaboration with a major educational or governmental institution. These
conferences are normally 3 day sessions oriented to a specific application
area for superabrasives.
Make plans to attend the triennial mega-conference on Industrial Diamond,
Cubic Boron Nitride and their applications, coming to Atlanta, Georgia, USA

IDA's Partnership For Manufacturing Productivity division consists of an
alliance of some 20 technical schools and universities around the country.
The institutions offer courses from time to time as needed.
Currently under development is the Superabrasives Certification Course.
This unique course offers practical, hands-on instruction on how to properly
select, setup, and run superabrasive tools and wheels in a broad range of
today's industrial applications.
